What should I expect on my first appointment?

An exam and treatment (unless exam findings contradict treatment).

What is chiropractic adjustment?

High Velocity, low amplitude thrust through the joint plane line to restore proper alignment and proper function of the joint. Adjustments help return the bones to a more normal position or motion, restoring body's natural healing and help the body to release endorphins which decrease pain.
